On its 22nd year, the Philippine World Building and Construction Exposition (Worldbex) is set to break its own record, showing the local exhibition scene that it remains as the leader and top trendsetter in its industry.

As Worldbex Founding Chairman Joseph Ang puts it, “Our exhibition is something others can’t do.” From March 15 to March 19, 2017, the trade show will occupy four major areas for the first time in its history: World Trade Center A and B, Philippine Trade Training Center (PTTC), and SMX.

“Aside from local exhibitors, there are also foreign participants to showcase their products and designs. There will be a designers’ center and exhibits in PTTC. At the same time, there will also be seminars to be facilitated in designated areas by some known professionals in the construction and home design industries,” said Ang.

Worldbex has always been an avenue for product exhibition, facilitating building of better relationship among construction retailers, interior designers, businessmen, home builders, and consumers. Every year, the exhibition gathers participants from across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. This year, Worldbex aims to gather over 400,000 guests within the five-day event.

The exhibition organizer is also continuing a strengthened partnership with Wilcon Depot, which has been participating in Worldbex for more than a decade. “As always, we are showcasing exclusive products in our booth, along with products from top brands that our retail chain carries,” said Wilcon Depot SEVP-COO Rosemarie Ong.

“Wilcon Depot is also among the partners of Worldbex’s interior design gallery, wherein different works of professional interior designers in the country are being showcased,” Ong added.

Aside from being a major exhibitor, Wilcon Depot is also supporting Worldbex by sponsoring materials for the booth of the Philippine Institute for Interior Designers (PIID), an organization of professional designers in the country. Wilcon Depot has always been supporting PIID by providing the group its office space in the Wilcon Depot location in Makati City.
